    Description

    This Yamaha 30HP 2-stroke  powerhead is in a good condition. The engine is compression tested and found 115 psi +/_ 5% in both cylinder. No traces of any water intrusion, mishandling or abuse. Outboard's model is known as 689 and possibly fits earlier 25/28/30 Mariners made by Yamaha but you need to do your own research to confirm that. Hours are unknown. It was used only in fresh water. Further tests have not been done. The listing is for a
    bare
    engine long block with no fuel pump, no harness, no accessories, no starter nor generator.
