Vintage Towle Sterling Silver Baby Cup & Spoon “Laurie” Monogram

Description

Up for sale is a vintage Towle sterling silver baby cup and spoon set. The baby cup measures about 2 5/8” diameter x 2 3/4” tall and weighs about 70 grams. It features a simple curved design and the name “Laurie” monogrammed in script letters on one side. The bottom is marked “TOWLE STERLING” and “10792”. The spoon measures about 4” long x 1 1/4” wide and weighs about 17 grams. It features a simple, yet elegant design and no monogram. The bottom of the handle is marked with a standing lion maker’s mark, along with “TOWLE STERLING” and “Silver Flutes”. Both the baby cup and spoon show typical signs of wear and tiny scratches from age and normal use. There is also a small dent in the lower handle of the cup and a very tiny dent in the bottom edge of the cup. Otherwise, these pieces look to be in nice vintage condition.
