  • Condition: This kit is still in a sealed bag, never been opened. However the balloons appear to be dry rotted, and looks as if something as run onto the white cheesecloth. The front of the kit also says it includes 8 oz. bottle of fabric stiffener (which also may or may not be any good). This may be a kit where the only thing of value is the instructions, so I am pricing accordingly.
