For bid is an original September 17, 1965 "MISS PINOLE PAGEANT" souvenir program from northwest Contra Contra County, California.  This is an eight-page program with brown covers & many photos, biographical information of the female contestants, the judges, etc.  The pageant was held September 17, 1965 at Ellerhorst Elementary School Gymnasium in Pinole.  There is a photograph of 1964-1965 Miss PInole (beauty queen) Shirley Ann Lopez on the fifth page of the program.  Some acknowledgements and photos of the judges.  ON the back cover:  "This program compliments of Silver Construction Corporation, Developers of Outstanding Community Additions Silveridge and Casa Canada."
This is a fun piece of Pinole history & 1960's beauty pageant history.
