    Description

    Set of 2 Mid-century Modern Tane Sterling Silver Goblet Light Gold Wash Detailing J.Marmolejos c1960
    Presented is a great set of two sterling silver water or wine goblet hallmarked for Tane sterling silver featuring a design of Jose Marmolejos known to have been designing for the Tane Silver Company c1960. These great goblets have a rolled edge rim, a gadroon striation down the side of the cone shaped cup leading down to four applied oval domes transitioning over the bottom of the cup to the narrow top of the stem all resting on the lovely beveled edged round base with a gold wash detailing. This pair of goblet are in beautiful condition with only some pin-prick dings, no monogram, some ware of gold detailing and gold wash from exterior and interior of goblets, and some fine scratches from gentle use and care. They are excellent set for the collector Mid-century modern vintage design and high end rare silver.
