    1. early 1800s
    2. all in good condition
    3. hinges are good
    4. original lock but not complete
    5. butt joints
    6. paint is not original
    7. painted on all sides not the bottom, just one coat of paint
    8. paper inside on the bottom is old
    9. paint on the inside not as old
    10. very solid
    11. two short cracks in the dome top, see photo
    12. probably pine under the paint, might consider removing the paint
