We are selling a Monumental Very Rare Antique English Sterling Hand Embossed Horse Chalice/Trophy/Cup. Highly engraved with swirls at the base and 10 rearing horses around the cup with a centered unengraved medallion; ready for your initials; left as is or used at the highest level equestrian events as a trophy cup - definitely Best in Show. Provenance - A Middleburg, VA estate.
Made in London between 1884-1885; Hallmarked; initials JA on top; below TS. Measures 13”H x 7” Diameter at Rim. Weight: 30.8 Troy Ounces. Remarkable detailed workmanship.
