    Up for consideration, I have a powerhead removed from an early 2000s 9.9 Mercury 4 stroke outboard. The motor was in good running condition but had issues with the midsection, so I decided to part it out. Compression is 165 in both cylinders. It starts right up and runs. I believe this will fit late 1990s and early/mid 2000s motors. The powerhead comes dressed as seen in the photos.
