Dimensions: 2.75" diameter x 2 5/8" height, weighs 88.6 Grams This item made by Gorham features the engraving a childs name (Brenda Lynn) and the date 5 - 29 - 64. Is marked Gorham Sterling on the base with a lion, anchor, and script initial, as well as 51 AP. This cup is interesting for the enameled animals parading around the sides- circus or Noah's ark references. The piece is heavily tarnished, may have had a gilt inner- but is too darkened to truly say for sure. This item has been previously owned and is in great value - needs restoration- condition. It is not only heavily tarnished, but some of the enamel animals have some wear and tear ( pink elephants, yellow lions, red chicken/rooster). We are unsure how far this could be restored, but chose to opt not for scrap since the animal design seems to be uncommon. See all photos. Slight warping of shape, not too noticeable (see photso).
