Antique Victorian Sewing Basket Hot Pink Tufted Satin Trinket Box Napoleon III

Description

This is a stunning, antique, Victorian sewing basket. The basket has a hot pink/fuschia, tufted, satin interior with pleats along the inner, bottom. The satin is in remarkably good condition for its age. There are two vertical lines of shred (for lack of a better description - see photos). There is a metal handle on the top and a clasp in the front. The box measures 9.25" x 6.25" x 5". There is some dust/could use a light/gentle cleaning.
