Lot of 3 museum exhibit programs or catalogs from the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. All 3 exhibits related to fashion - Celebrating Seventh, Threads of Fashion, and Fabulously French Haute Couture 1897-1997.
The Celebrating Seventh exhibit featured New York fashion designers and was on display from March-May 1996. The book is 16 pages plus covers and contains many beautiful, color photos. There are a few light marks on the cover, maybe pencil? and the original price sticker on back, but overall it is in very good condition.
The Threads of Fashion exhibit highlighted the museum's own extensive textile and costume holdings, focusing on elements of distinctive regional attire from around the world. This exhibit was on view October-November 1993. The 8-page plus cover book is colorful and in very good condition for its age. There is a little wear and tear to the front cover and an original price sticker on back.
Fabulously French Haute Couture 1897-1997 featured some of the finest designs from foremost French designers and was on view February-April 1997. The colorful, 20 page plus covers program is in very good condition with a little soiling on the cover and an original price sticker on back.
