THESE ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM THE MERCEDES DEALER without a visit and additional installation charge at the mb dealer.  Not in original packaging but instructions are provided.  The only way this can be offered for the DYI installations is to put the maps on a generic usb stick and get pin code from MB, and that is what you are buying in this listing.

2.  When asking questions before purchasing using ebay email system provide your MERCEDES year, and model, and full VIN number so we can look up any relevant info pertaining to your car so that we can answer those questions.
3.  When purchasing be sure to INCLUDE your mercedes year, model and full vin number in the NOTE area during checkout, OR your order processing will be DELAYED!  you will need to send AGAIN second time after you do the verification in vehicle.
4. When providing your vin number please be sure it is CORRECT!! type it manually in the email/and note area, you can in addition to typing it send a picture of your vin number sticker if you feel it necessary and cannot yourself distinguish I from 1, or 6 from G, etc, this is common.  Your vin number is found on the door jam of the drivers door, or pillar, and on the lower left of your windshield. Don't copy from your insurance card as it may have a typo.
5. If you have any reason to believe the COMAND navigation system itself in your car was NOT originally installed in the car from the factory from the day the car was built, DO NOT BUY and contact us first. IF you know the unit was swapped etc. stop right there and email us before buying as you would need to have the VIN number of the vehicle the unit originally came from to make this work.  People do retrofit newer units in older cars, swap bad units out of warranty etc, not common but happens.

5. Click "YES" to install or cancel to do it at a later time
6. Enter License Key Provided With This Purchase,
