The unit is a 1 owner machine By a local City from the north east   And was not subjected to the harsh Florida  or the Texas coast  environment to include damaging UV rays and  salt fulled humidity  found in Florida   This Rake was maintained on a Regular schedule. When A part was showing signs of wear  it was replaced as you can see in the photos many new rollers  etc. were installed recently    Sells for about ,000.00 new today.
