The effect of using：
A: The pump was easy to install after making all the necessary plumbing changes. It runs cool as the motor is fan cooled which is a good feature. It has good flow rate and the head is rated at 45 feet. I am using it on 18000 gallons pool. It has no problem priming. The filter seal gasket need to be well lubricated at all sides to keep a good seal. This gasket seem to be not common and may be difficult to replace. It has been running for a week now and will update as necessary.

How to choose a swimming pool pump with a suitable power？
Please fill the pump body with water before energizing. If the mechanical seal is operated in a dry condition, it will Damage to the mechanical seal and impeller causing water leakage
Maintenance:
The strainer basket built into the pump tank should be inspected and cleaned at regular intervals.
The water being pumped cools and lubricates the seal.running the pump dry will damage the seal. Always keep liquid in the pump tank. No further lubrication of the pump end is necessary.
After the pump tank has been filled with water, and the started,allow a few moments for the pump to start delivering water. Be sure that suctions and discharge valves are open when pump is running.
Operating the pump with a closed valve in the system can cause pump damage. If flow dose not start within ten minutes,stop the motor and determine cause.
Attentions:
When not in use, please place the pump in a well-ventilated dry area.
The pumps are only suitable for counter-clockwise rotation when viewing from the pump end.
Before disconnecting electric connections, shut off electricity at its source.
